Communications & Information Technology Ontario (CITO), a Division of the Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) Inc., through its Research Partnerships Program brings Ontario’s academic and industry innovators to the table to help turn ideas and research into commercially viable technology.

The Research Partnerships Program (RPP) invests in advanced research partnerships between academic institutions and businesses in Ontario. By supporting the best of these partnerships through the most innovative and highly relevant research, the RPP generates new knowledge, skilled people, and advances research in communication and information technologies leading to better economic results for Ontario.

OCE/CITO Investment: In round 8.1 OCE/CITO will invest $3.5M in to the awarded projects.

Project Duration: All projects have a maximum duration of two (2) years.
