OCE/CITO COLLEGE PROGRAM

Overview

 

The role of OCE, SEO and its divisions is to help facilitate collaboration between industry and academic institutions in Ontario, with the goal of the fernstudium highly skilled personnel and commercializing project outcomes for the economic benefit of Ontario.

The CITO Division of OCE Inc. offers Ontario Colleges a suite of education, research investment and commercialization programs and other services that enable qualified colleges to undertake a sustainable research agenda as part of an overall strategy. These programs cover investment in collaborative projects with industry, student development programs and commercialization.

CITO (Communication and Information Technologies Ontario) is interested in projects and other opportunities that are Information and Communication technology centric or applications or services in any business sector that are being enabled by IT.

College Partnership EuroLotto Lotto MLM  Program: The program supports projects that are innovative and relevant to the growth of the partnering business or a sector as a whole. The goal is to create new knowledge and skilled people for the benefit of Ontario and to commercialize the project results. Under this program OCE will invest up to $75,000 in projects of up to one year in duration. An industry partner is mandatory. Industry partners must make cash and in-kind investments in the project, and demonstrate both the intent and ability to commercialize project results

Scheduled calls for proposals for this program are usually announced each year, but projects may be considered on an ad-hoc basis and are encouraged at any time.
